Behind every Hobbits Hoedown stands a team of dedicated volunteers and organisers who labour tirelessly to ensure its success.
From the careful planning stages to the hands-on creation of sets, activities and props, along with the administrative tasks of managing our website and social media, organising our insurance and venue logistics, booking workshop venues, and caterers, not to mention the fortnightly meetings—our team invests countless hours to ensure each event is unforgettable year after year.

While prep and helper teams haven't yet been determined for 2025 - our organiser team is consistent year - to year. This page will be updated once our volunteer groups have been announced.
